Contributed to the rebuild of AFM’s public website, affiliatedfm.com, focusing on optimized viewing on a wide range of devices, showcasing AFM’s engineering expertise, and highlighting AFM’s coverage differentiators.
Supported interactive marketing strategies for website and project rollouts, as well as the day-to-day content maintenance of FM Global’s public websites, employee intranet, and third-party portals.
Worked cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts and Content Managers to ensure message consistency, and effective utilization of FM Global web properties and marketing applications.

Assisted with user interviews and client workshops, and helped summarize process improvement and product development recommendations.

InsureMyTrip | Warwick, RI
Provided front-end development and design support on a cross-functional Agile team to rebuild InsureMyTrip.com, a high-demand e-Commerce travel insurance website, using Bootstrap toolkits. The new site focused on mobile accessibility, fluid content management, A/B testing, and multi-server branching and development.
Worked with the design and marketing teams to implement and continue the development of the InsureMytrip brand redesign through new banner ads, a tradeshow booth and other tradeshow materials, as well as across all social media platforms.
Designed and developed user-friendly interfaces for various e-mail campaigns.

Worked on a cross-functional Agile team Facilitated MVP and Visioning workshops with internal users in Marketing, Underwriting, Engineering, and Sales.
Designed journey maps including several personas to highlight users’ pain points in a reporting process that spans across several roles and teams.
Conducted user research with employees on an internal toolkit that contains critical content for account managers, engineers, underwriters, and cyber security experts. Research findings were then reported back to the project stakeholders and the recommendations led to a website redesign. The new website’s information architecture was heavily influenced by employee feedback, and resulted in a more intuitive navigation.
Assisted with the user research phase on a project to improve internal reporting software, and helped facilitate user testing sessions with subject matter experts and project stakeholders.

Created custom analytics reports for clients summarizing Google Analytics key performance data, and provided visual heatmaps displaying highest areas of click activity and most popular scroll-depth on pre-determined webpages and webpage elements.
